Photography, character concepts, written descriptions, and names are also protected under copyright and may not be used or repurposed without written permission.

Imitation undermines the spirit of this work — which is deeply personal, intentionally slow, and rooted in story. If I become aware of unauthorized copying or replication, I will take appropriate legal steps to protect my creations.
